Skinology is led by an incredibly talented team of board-certified nurse practitioners, medical aestheticians, and technicians specializing in cutting-edge cosmetic treatments. Our medical providers have decades of collective experience within the aesthetic medicine industry, and they leverage their skills, talents, artistic instincts, and experience to ensure safe and naturalized results for all patients.

Skinology is dedicated to restoring generational health and confidence. Our team is led by Elaine Williams, a board-certified and dermatology-certified nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the dermatology space. She has an intimate understanding of skin and hair and follows a holistic approach to address the root cause of your cosmetic concerns, ensuring you look and feel youthful and vibrant from the inside out.

Skinology believes aesthetic medicine is for everyone, regardless of gender or age. “When I founded Skinology, my vision was to create an environment that offers patients a way to live their best lives. To reduce the complications of illness that cause so many of us to sacrifice the things that once brought us joy. My goal is to optimize your health and wellness and help you live your best life yet.”

Elaine is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and a specialist in hormone optimization. She is trained and certified through world-renowned hormone specialist Dr. Neal Rouzier. Hormone optimization is her passion and the reason she chose to start Skinology.

Prior to working in the field of hormones, Elaine spent over 10 years in the dermatology space. She has extensive experience in the treatment of acne and hair loss and is a certified hair coach through Bauman Medical. She specializes in all aspects of aesthetic procedures, most notably in the delivery of neuromodulators such as Botox and Xeomin.

Elaine is a member of Worldink Medical and board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained her Master’s degree through Upstate Medical University College of Nursing where she graduated with honors and was invited to Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Julie Turner

FNP

Julie Turner came to Skinology with a passion for aesthetics. She has quickly become one of the top injectors in the Tampa Bay Area, most notably for her natural approach to lip augmentation with dermal fillers. Julie has extensive training and experience in all aspects of aesthetic procedures such as Botox/Xeomin, fillers, Sculptra, IPL, Morpheus8, and more. As an acne patient herself, Julie is passionate about helping others achieve the glowing skin they desire. After years of caring for patients in an acute care setting, she believes in patient safety above all else and incorporates this belief into her aesthetic practice. She is committed to continual education and the refinement of her craft. It is her precision and eye for detail regarding natural beauty that her patients appreciate most and what makes her the top injector for natural augmentation.

Victoria Ventouris

LMA, CLT

Victoria started her career as a licensed Medical Aesthetician over 15 years ago. In 2011 she became a Certified Medical Electrologist through The Society of Clinical and Medical Hair Removal, Inc. (SCMHR). In 2014 she decided to advance her education and enroll into nursing school where she graduated as a licensed Nurse. Victoria is highly trained in the most advanced laser technologies for non-invasive treatments of the skin, face, and body. She also specializes in chemical peels, HydraFacial, micro-needling, and other skin care treatments to target common skin issues that are customizable to her patients needs. She provides the latest treatments for acne, wrinkles, hair removal, and body contouring. She is a skilled professional and has a passion for helping her patients achieve their optimal results.

Dr. Emily Devol

Medical Director

Dr. Emily Devol always knew she wanted to help people and began manifesting her career as a physician from the age of 14. The morning of her medical school graduation, Emily received a phone call that would change her life forever – she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Three days later, Emily had a bilateral mastectomy – a procedure where both breasts are removed at the same time. Dr. Devol describes how she was feeling at this moment – “fearful, angry, and just really sad.”

But Dr. Devol is a fighter. She wrestled through nine surgeries, dozens of treatments, multiple reconstructions, and a handful of complications while undertaking residency. Dr. Devol has dedicated herself to helping men and women achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals through the art and science of modern medicine. She’s used her experience to empower others to live their life to the fullest.

Today, Emily is Tampa Bay’s number-one doctor for cosmetic and facial surgery. This incredible honor was awarded by the prestigious TAMPA Magazine.
