Terms & Conditions
- All Memberships are month to month – NO CONTRACT!
- All membership enrollments commence the 1st of the month with automatic month to month rollover.
- Automatic billing, 1st of each month, with credit card on file
- Terminations require a (30 )day written notice ,via text or email. Will take effect the first day of the following month. Membership cancellations are not financially pro-rated.
- Membership services & prices are exclusive, not interchangeable, and are not to be combined with any other specials or sale pricing
- Birthday Bonus redeemable with the purchase of any service or product , minimum $100 purchase. Credits nontransferable or redeemable for cash.
